As the principal and founder of TWA, my passion for helping people started early. Having watched my parents experience a major financial loss as the result of misguided investment advice, it occurred to me that I could learn to use my knack for numbers to help demystify the business of investments for others. It was a resolve that stayed with me as I began my career in 1997 as a financial advisor—and later as Manager—with the national firm Waddell & Reed.
When I opened Transitions Wealth Advisors, helping people feel confident with their financial choices remained a guiding principle. We want you to understand not just the results of your investments, but how the numbers correspond to your goals and values.
We stay small so we can personally serve a select group of clients. We’re also independent, which means we can call in the expertise of CPAs, attorneys, and other financial professionals as added value.
